Built and refined by EVA, delivered the same way every time. What you select is the platform. What you do not select is the content: there are no add-ons, no tactics modules, and no custom requests inside Foundations. Anything beyond the fundamentals is Private Coaching.
Everything Foundations does not cover. Private Coaching has no menu. It begins with a private consultation, before a round is fired, to define what you need to be able to do. The training is designed from that conversation, and a second consultation afterward turns what was observed into what you do next.
Where Foundations is fixed, Private Coaching is built for one client. The subject matter is open: vehicle tactics, small team coordination, low-light, close-quarters, advanced manipulation, competition preparation, and material that does not appear in the catalog. A pre-training consultation defines the requirement. The day is designed to it. A post-training consultation reviews what was observed and sets the next step. The consultations are not booked in blocks. They happen by phone and text, and they take as long as they take.
For founders, senior partners, and principals. Two individual pathways. The Audit is the published entry point; everything above it is scoped from what the Audit finds. Leadership teams and organizations are scoped by inquiry.
The Audit does not teach. It measures. You do not choose what is tested and you are not told what changes between scored tasks. What you receive: a written assessment of observed performance delivered within five business days, a scored baseline, a specific development path, and the recorded debrief. The entry point to EVA's executive and private programs, and a complete engagement on its own.
